What problems did you have in mind? if you go From Southampton on a modern ship your biggest problem is getting to Southampton when arrive you can get disabled parking closer to the terminal and there is plenty of help to get you aboard the ship, you can book a wheelchair /disabled cabin with wide doors and a wet room ,most of the ship is wheelchair friendly, and there are plenty of lifts, help is available at all ports to get you on and of but some ports are not easy to navigate with a wheelchair. If its going ashore by tender it would depend on your disability and the weather ,some tours are available but again it is dependent on your mobility. On all the cruises we have been on there have been wheel chair users who seem to enjoy it and go on them regularly.Use a Cruise agent or cruise club they will give you any help you need ?
