Ida and Neil Down - Answered a Question by HASLAM (07 Feb 08 16:27)

Sailing in the fjords is not usually a problem getting to them and on to the next is where you might incur some lumpy water. Nowadays however fewer people are affected by sea-sickness because of the stability of the ships. So my advice is to pick the newest ship you can, get a cabin midships and mid-deck and don't worry. There are tablets and even injections along with a load of other things to ward off sicknes and the more you worry the worse you will make the problem, relax and enjoy it....regards.....Nei.
