You sign up for the loyalty scheme - crown and anchor society - during your first cruise. you get one point for a cruise, one point for being in a suite and one point for a cruise over 12nights - therefore one cruise could get you 3 points. at 5 points you move up to the next level (platinum) and then you will start to get discounts whenever you book a balcony stateroom. at 10 points you move to Diamond level and this gets you larger balcony discounts and entry to the concierge lounge with it's open bar between 5 and 8.30 each evening. All levels get invited to the C&A welcome back party, all will get a discount book of vouchers and all get a gift of some sort.
