Just received visa for Diamond Princess cruise this month (China). Downloaded forms from visaforchina web. The visa (double entry 6 months) is simply a sticker on a page in your passport. Price including vat was 160.50 for two. Posted Thursday (special delivery) and arrived week following Saturday. The web site includes an enquiry section which should inform you, after entering name and d.o.b how application is progressing. This did not work for me and e.mail questions were never answered. You can only apply less than 3 months before travelling and require to submit itinerary and flight details, this was provided by Princess about 8 weeks before departure.
