We are going on the Pearl in March and have previously been on the Jewel. What specific answers do you need? Flights, hotels (room only) and transfers are included in the price, as is all food on board. You will need to budget for drinks, tips, tours.

Sorry, but I forgot to mention that some of the restaurants will have a charge incurred, but that said there are plenty of places to eat where you don't have to pay.

The service charge is $10 per night for adults $5 per night per child, this is automatically added to your last night bill, if you are unhappy you can have this changed. Drinks come with a 15% service charge.Speciality resteraunts charge between $10 and $20 per person extra, you don't have to eat at them as there are two main dining rooms an italian, a mexican, a buffet and a very casual place called Blue Lagoon which served few items, always the same but were very nice. Wine on board averaged $35 but we drank some nice bottles at the $25 end. To book speciality resteraunts it is best to book the day before you want to eat and to get up at 7am and head to Mambos where reservations were taken. the main dining rooms generally had a half hour wait for a table of two, you are given a pager and we went for a drink, generally waits were actually only 20mins.

The main thing to take on board is you dont have to tip for each drink its already in the price unfortunatly the bill slip has a place for a tip so you feel obliged to add extra. the cruise was excelent so enjo.
