Decks 9, 10 and 11 all have balconies, if you open up this web page and as it is a pdf file click on the 100% or whatever is showing on the top line you will see for your self. The cabins mainly aft and the front of the ship. Cut and paste this web ref: http://www.islandcruises.com/downloads/5.pdf Hopefully the web ref works better than some I have found today.

Quite often ships are like hotels and if you room/cabin number starts with a 9 then you are on floor/deck 9. I've never been on this ship but try it and see if it works. .... Neil.
