Done ocean village it's okay but it's all self service food. If you'd be happy to wear long trousers and not jeans or shorts to go into the main dining room do Royal Caribbean and if you are getting married between Nov and April do the caribbean on say The Freedom of the Seas - Western caribbean from Miami. In 7 nights there are two formal nights which you can avoid if you want or just for the meal throw on a simple suit (Idon't even wear a tie sometimes) and the wife wears a basic dress not a ballgown OR just do the windjammer carvery style those nights you don't have to wear formal wear in there. OV is a not as luxurious and the ships are old refitted P & O or princess vessels. RCI have the most modern innovative ships going and the top 2 in the fleet (we've tried a few) are the Freedon or the Navigator with entertainment and casino atmospheres second to none in my opinion. If you do caribbean though price up booking cruise only and book separate flights and take a night or two in the Intercontinental Hotel at Bayside or a large South Beach hotel. Taxi transfers are reasonable and definately the best way to go - forget disorganised inclusive transfers. You can even get married on RCI ships in the sky chapel but in any case there are always a fair few honeymooners on board.
