Yes there are cabins for two adults and two children.
Yes, but they tend to be set up as bunk beds i.e. 2 lower and two upper. Most cruise brochure deck plans show which cabins have such configurations, generally shown using an * or similar character. The P&O and Ocean Village brochures certainly do.
