My sister is in a wheelchair, has done 6/7 cruises, there are people that push the wheelchair from the check in, as brother-in-law is carrying all the hand luggage,at meals, etc, if they see you struggling with a tray or cups, they always help, and there are disabled trips (i.e.special buses) but not at every stop. have been on several cruise lines, and they are all pretty good.
