Given that you are likely to have a fair amount of luggage I would suggest that you either get a prebooked taxi (barcelonataxi@barcelonataxivan.com) to Estacio Nord and then the direct bus to Girona airport. This link is for a company who have good reviews from other cruisers. This journey would cost 12 euros per person for the bus to Girona plus the taxi cost to the station (probably less than 20 euros). The following link gives you the bus timetable. They are very frequent and it takes an hour. http://www.barcelonanord.com/eng/horarios/pantalla2_ida.asp?origen_ida=Barcelona&destino_ida=Girona-Aeroport&fecha_ida=Saturday%20May%2031%202008&fecha_vuelta=----&numeroPeticion=4453125&dia=S&SL=S&LL=L&fechaFinIda=31/5/2008&festivo=0&numeroDia=6&poblacion=Girona-Aeroport&cuentaLink=1 Alternatively, we use a company for transporting our guests (we have rental apartments) and they would charge 160 euros door to door. To be quite honest this would be the most easy and comfortable option and is good value if there are 4 of you. If you choose to go the public transport route, be very careful re pick pockets in Estacio Nord. Have a great time and let me know if you want to book a private vehicle.

We use a company for our guests (we have rental apartments). They charge 160 euros door to door from the port to Girona airport. Alternatively get a taxi to Estacio Nord (probably less than 20 euros but book and agree price in advance) then get the direct bus to Girona Airport. This costs 12 euros per person and takes 1 hour. They leave frequently. This link is the bus timetable http://www.barcelona-girona-airport.com/timetables/timetable_bus_from_Barcelona_to_Girona_airport_GRO.html This link is for Angie's taxi who get good reviews amongst cruisers. http://www.taxiinternacional.com/ She will normally respond within 24 hours. It's important to pre book your taxi it's like a cattle market on arrival and you could end up waiting 2 hours for a taxi.if you know others who are also travelling the same way it would be a good idea to get together because Angie can provide a van and the cost will be substantially less. You might even think about getting a quote all the way to Girona. if you want to use our private car company contact through apartments@vilanovapropertyservices.com Have a great time. Oh one thought, be very careful of pickpockets at Estacio Nord.
